X Bonnie Woods

X Bonnie Woods is based in Berlin, Germany, and East Boston/Chelsea, Mass. She uses Sumi, a dense Asian ink, combined with other water media on folded paper. The works are large maplike forms. In recent paintings done outdoors, her work process often includes rainfall and snow. Works range in size from small intimate fragments to her dynamic architectural installation designs. She exhibits her work widely in the U.S. and Germany.
